The training sessions will be led by certified professionals in their respective disciplines. The various activities will be held at the ACA gym and will strictly be gender segregated to ensure women feel comfortable in the space. We plan to have regular monthly events for members who join and find benefit in the offerings. Reflect on Allah’s creation and revive your connection to Allah’s natural tapestry. Join us for spiritual wellness walks in the Arizona great outdoors. Together we will nurture our God-conscious connection to nature and work on our overall physical and mental wellness. Each hike will include a prompt for spiritual reflection.
The February hike on 2/4/23 takes us to the Piestewa Nature Trail 304 loop where we will take the 1.7-mile easy Nature Trail in the Phoenix Mountains. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.
The March hike on 3/4/23 will take us through the McDowell Mountains on the Gateway Loop Trail, a 4.4-mile moderate hike that takes about 2 hours to complete. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.
