It is important to write the president, provost, etc. as they created this situation with their own actions.

ASU has a hotline for reporting faculty, please call them at +1 (877) 786-3385, and +1 (480) 965-5057 for Office of Rights and Responsibilities - ORR and just say, "I do not feel safe while Jonathan Yudelman is on campus based on the fact that he harassed my colleague that he apparently doesn't even have any faculty connection to". ORR is a very rigorous office that will make sure to scrutinize this individual especially when it is coming from a student.
