Goal to raise fund 250-300K for Women Shelter

Local shelter for Muslimahs. If you know anyone in need or if you are able to support a very worthy cause. The founder Salina Imam successfully works at both providing support and empowerment:

ICNA Relief - (locally headed by Salina Imam) is looking for donations to support a women's shelter. The rental they currently use is not being renewed, and they would like to purchase a 3 bedroom property as a transitional home for battered women. Goal is about 250-300K. I think they have raised 100K from a handful of local donors so far.

To put a story to this cause, apparently, one of the Syrian Sweets bakers and her 4 children are currently sheltered at ICNA's transitional home due to multiple domestic abuse cases. Salina has found her a job and is helping her stand on her own feet. Please donate generously and spread the word to secure this much needed space for the abused sisters.
