Protect and Save Your WhatsApp from Hijacking 2024

*Be Aware* - Scammers have hit our WhatsApp circles. Pease learn how to protect yourself from a WhatsApp hack.

P.S. There's a couple hackers going around trying to hijack your WhatsApp. Please be careful, everybody. They will send salaams and use words like inshaAllah in their text messages through a familiar number, but do not be fooled by their requests for money. Do NOT answer their call, because that is how they will hijack your account.

The caller may mention a Zoom meeting or from a familiar group and ask you to read a code you’ve just received on your phone. If you share this code, they will gain immediate access to your WhatsApp account. Do not share any codes under any circumstances. Additionally, it is very important to enable two-step verification for extra security. To do this, go to your WhatsApp settings, click on Account, and then click on Two-step verification to set it up.
