Paraprofessionals and Assistants for Sweetwater School Job Fair

Thank you for your interest in attending the Paraprofessional and Assistant Job Fair on January 13!

The fair is at the District Office (4650 W. Sweetwater Ave.) and will be an “open house format” from 9"00-11:00 a.m.

What to expect:

• You will be interviewed on the spot!

• If you are offered a position, we will have computers available for you to officially apply

• If you are offered a position, we will have a Human Resources Representative available to assist you with completing your new hire paperwork that same day

o Please bring the following items with you in case you are offered a position the same day and are able to complete your new hire paperwork:

 Identification

• A valid U.S. Passport OR

• A valid driver’s license and U.S. birth certificate OR

• A valid driver’s license and your Social Security Card

o Immunization Records (MMR)

 If you do not have your Immunization Records that day you can still complete the new hire paperwork but we cannot clear you to work until we receive them.

 IF you cannot locate your MMR Immunization Records you can take a Titer Test and submit the results to us confirming you have the antibodies for MMR

• CVS Titer Test (You do not need to utilize CVS for this test, just a recommendation)
